Absolutely! We understand the importance of safety and security for our clients. All of our cleaning technicians at Easy Sweep Cleaning are bonded and insured.

Yes, indeed. You can earn referral credits every time you refer us. You’ll earn $25 in cleaning credits to use toward your next cleaning. Your credit balance is always available to you by logging into your account via our client portal. You will also see your unique referral code to send to your friends.

Tips are voluntary but highly appreciated and graciously accepted.

A reschedule request may be submitted via the client hub 48 business hours prior to the booking. Changes made within 48 business hours are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. Same-day changes will be charged in full and the tech will be compensated.

Weekly and Bi-Weekly customers can specify the date and time that works for them and we will do our best to accommodate your request. You can either request an 8.30 am to 10.30 am arrival window or an 11.30 to 1.30 pm arrival window.

For your convenience, all payments are handled online via the Easy Sweep Cleaning website. We store your credit card on our secure system when you book your cleaning. We only charge your card once the job is completed. The  Easy Sweep Cleaning website is secure and encrypted for your safety and security..

No. As a matter of fact, we are keyless and do not store or carry client keys. However, if you will not be home during your cleaning, you may provide us with a door lock or garage code. Many clients opt for a Master Lock Box (available to purchase online) and put a key in it for our use.

Only if you want to be. An empty house facilitates a speedier and more efficient cleaning process.

We appreciate the fact that your pets are very special and we make every effort to ensure our services do not disturb them or make them uncomfortable. Regardless whether you have friendly or aggressive pets, they have to be secured for the safety of our cleaning crew. While we make every effort to ensure your pet safety, we do not undertake responsibility for their care or the safety during our service. Please make arrangements for your pets to be secured while we are servicing your home.  

Yes we do, Saturday’s are included in our normal operations schedule. However, it’s important to note that we have VERY limited weekend openings for Deep Cleanings.

No, We do not require service contracts. This is one of the features that sets us apart from many of our competitors. You can cancel your service at anytime in accordance to the cancellation policy as it applies to currently scheduled appointments. A cancellation service charge may apply.

Contact us within 24 hours and we will come back the next day and fix it.

We provide all cleaning supplies. However, to ensure sanitary conditions are maintained at all times, we request that clients provide their cleaning technician with a toilet bowl brush for each bathroom. If a toilet bowl brush is not provided, the toilet bowl will not be cleaned. If you would like us to use your own preferred cleaning products, our crew will be happy to use them instead. Clients may opt to provide products like bleach, Tilex, Soft scrub, and oven cleaner based on dirt level.

If we arrive at the scheduled time, and we are unable to get into the house to service, you may reschedule your service for another date. There will be a 50% charge for the lock out.

We will schedule a cleaning technician(s) during the first cleaning to become familiarized with your home for the Initial Deep Clean. After that initial visit, we schedule the same technician(s) for every visit. In rare cases, an alternate cleaner may be scheduled to avoid interruption in service.

A GREEN CLEANING means we bring only non toxic and bio degradable products to your house. However, for a limited time, we will offer a hospital-grade virucide that is not green.  Clients can opt to provide vacuum cleaners, mops and microfiber towels and turn down the hospital grade virucidal usage to facilitate a customized cleaning. 

Absolutely! We can only clean if the house is in a somewhat picked-up condition. Clothes, toys, and household items need to be picked up and put away.

Because it requires specialized equipment, licensing, and training, we do not do exterior window cleaning, move furniture, carpet cleaning, mold removal, or cleaning up any bio-hazards including body fluids or animal waste and the top tier of a bunk bed. We also do not clean anything that cannot be reached with our step stool and a 6-foot extension duster. Even though we will clean them, due to the insecure installation design of undermount sinks, we cannot take responsibility for the damage they give way during the cleaning process.
