Easy Sweep Cleaning LLC. has a suite of cleaning packages designed to meet your house cleaning needs so no matter the state of your home, we have the perfect package for you. Our offerings include Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Heavy Duty Deep Cleaning, Move In/Out Cleaning, Monthly, Biweekly and Weekly services. The more often we clean, the more you save. Additionally, our packages allow you to customize your cleaning with add-on options to better suit your specific needs. With our Service Builder Tool (SBT), you are in control of how much we clean! This allows you to create a great cleaning experience for you.

STANDARD CLEANING
What’s Included:
01. All Rooms, Living Rooms and Hallways
- Sweep or vacuum all floors and rugs
- Sweep or vacuum stairs
- Remove cobwebs in rooms (within reach of our 2-step ladder & a hand duster)
- Dust Blinds/shutters, windowsills, & lock ledges (interior windows cleaned for addtl cost)
- Dust Moldings, mantles, woodwork and baseboards
- Dust Lamps & lampshades, pictures & knick-knacks
- Dust and/or polish Furniture
- Fluff all pillows and couches
- Tidy up rooms
02. Kitchen
- Dust top of Refrigerator (refrigerator interior cleaning for addtl cost)
- Outside of Appliances cleaned (microwave, wine cooler, etc.)
- Stovetop & drip pans scrubbed (oven cleaning for addtl cost)
- Counter tops, backsplashes and kitchen table (wiped)
- All sinks (disinfected)
03. Bathroom
- Mirrors (with glass cleaner)
- Tub/shower & tiles (scrubbed)
- All bathroom counters & fixtures (wiped & sanitized)
- Wastebaskets (emptied/relined)
- Sweep floor
04. Bedrooms
- Change bed linens (Please leave linens out and advise cleaner of any special instructions)
- Make beds
- Dust all room furnishings & picture frames
- Tidy up room
DEEP CLEANING

- Ceiling fan blades within reach of 2-step ladder (hand wiped)
- Light fixtures within reach of 2-step ladder (hand wiped in place/not removed)
- Blinds & shutters (hand wiped)
- Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand wiped)
- Baseboards (hand wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
- Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)
- Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped)
- Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs)
02. Kitchen
- Top of refrigerator (hand wiped)
- Outside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave
- Stovetop, grates or drip pans scrubbed

(The High Touch Sanitization Service where we will sanitize high touch areas throughout your home)

* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster we cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
* We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require more intensive mini-blind cleaning (available upon request via add on selection). Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
MOVE IN/MOVE OUT CLEANING
What’s Included:
All Items in Heavy Duty Deep Cleaning + the following:
- Wipe inside all drawers, cupboard and cabinet shelves
- Clean inside refrigerator
- Move Fridge, clean down and around
- Move stove and clean down and around
- Clean inside oven
- Take Before and After photos of the property
- Remove all nails from the walls and patch holes
- Wipe down all doors
- Clean windows (Interior)
* For Move In/Move Out Cleaning, the home/apartment must be completely free of all furniture, personal items and trash.

Because it requires specialized equipment, licensing, training, we do not do exterior window cleaning, move furniture, carpet cleaning, mold removal, or cleaning up any biohazards including body fluids or animal waste and the top tier of a bunk bed. We also do not clean anything that cannot be reached with our 2-step ladder and a hand duster.
